Keplingers are the BEST automotive service company. I have a 2008 Toyota Convertible which I love so much. 178,000 miles and unfortunately Toyota is not making the car anymore. I know Scott and Jason will do their best to help me keep a wonderful car even though it is growing older. I know they won’t let you down because they’ve never let me down.

I have been going there for many years, the service is always great. I was very surprised this last time they got the vehicle fixed the same day I dropped it off. My appointment was not till a few days later.

I needed an MD Inspection and they were able to get me in the same day and was completed with in 30 minutes. Thank you for your great service.

I've just moved to the Hagerstown area, and my experiences at Keplinger's have all been good. They replaced a tire sensor for me, and I've also had my oil changed in record time. They were happy to answer my questions and all of the staff I interacted with were friendly and very helpful. I've also not had any problems getting an appointment a week out. I have also found the cost of labor to be just and fair. I will be going to Keplinger's for all of my car needs. Zero complaints here. Zilch. Nada.
