I have been taking our cars here for about 20 years. I have always had wonderful service and friendly front counter interaction. I am always called with any current issue discussion needed and/or any potential additional issues to be discussed. And there have been times where I would get an oil change at other locations, when easy to do so closer to where I work, during which time the other company would tell me I need something done. And then I would bring my car to Keplinger and they would tell me I don't or I can wait longer etc. I trust Keplinger with any work on our cars and will continue to bring our cars to them.
