I took in my 1998 4Runner in for a new water pump, timing belt, tensioners, etc. The staff seemed friendly and easy to work with, but they quoted the fix for $1100. Even just a basic search of the parts needed and general cost puts the same repair between $400-$800. I called around and multiple places could do it for around $600. This was my wife's car, which still has her college license plates on, so I can't help but question the integrity of the business in seeing that the car could be a female college student's. Also, just to see my car and diagnose what I already knew (the failed water pump), the labor cost me $50 for the half hour. That is a great salary if you ask me... $100/hr x 40 hour week for 50 weeks= $200,000/yr. From my experience, I will never take my car back there and advise anyone I talk with to not take theirs.

My husband and I had to replace out brake pads and my father and mother in law also needed car maintenance. I was pressed for time because I needed my car for work the following morning. They had both of our cars ready within 3 hrs and all done at a great price. This is a very trustworthy and customer orientated business!

Very pleased with Keplingers Automotive!! I wish more people would operate their business like Keplingers. I’ve been a repeat customer and haven’t been disappointed all. As far as CODY PILLOWS review.... what does being a college student have to do with the water pump in your 4Runner? Do you understand how a business works? Do you really think that you simply add up a Labor Rate and believe that’s a salary? That $50 labor is easily reduced after factoring in cost of material, paying employee, permits to operate business etc. You obviously need a collage plate on your vehicle and business 101.

These guys are good. The guy Scott in particular is great. He says Wednesday he means Wednesday, maybe Tuesday. They do reliable work and don’t run my wife or I through the ringer. He has probably been doing this forever and knows that auto service is hard to stomach. Always been social, won’t go anywhere else now.

Went to get the rack & pinion steering replaced a few months back. Got my sunglasses stolen out of the glovebox. About a week after I got the car back my "Check Engine/VSC" light came on. Got the codes read at Auto Zone. They said it was a bad oxygen sensor. When I popped my hood to investigate I found that my air filter housing had no bolts holding it down, the filter was exposed, they never tightened up any of the hose clamps. 2 of the vacuum hoses weren't attached to anything, my battery wasn't even secured properly! The reason I was getting a bad oxygen sensor code was because the engine was getting to much oxygen and caused the lights to trigger. I have no idea how these guys are still in business! Smh....
