Walked in at 8a, They open at 7. Needed a Maryland State inspection. They tried to schedule me for Weds or Thurs because one of their mechanics was out. I needed it that day. They got it done for 2200 less than the other place I went to estimated. Will definitely go back.

I have been taking my vehicles to Keplinger's for 20 year. I have never had any type of problem from anyone that works there. They are honest and up front with you. They will not try to sell you a service that you don't need. Their facility is clean including the restrooms which is important to any woman. What I like about Keplinger's is they take the time to talk to you about your vehicle and answer any questions you may have.

I brought my toyota highlander to a different auto shop for a noise in the front end. They told me it was in the steering column and would cost $2300 and also that I needed new front shocks which would cost $1200. Keplinger looked at the car and gave me an estimate of $500 for the steering and said it does not need shocks. So I feel they are reasonable and honest.

Keplinger's is the only place I take my vehicles for service. Why? Because they are courteous, friendly, fair, honest, flexible and any other good thing you can think of and you get the same great treatment no matter who you work with there. They are awesome!
