HAGERSTOWN AUTO REPAIR

I have been taking my vehicles to Keplinger's for 20 year. I have never had any type of problem from anyone that works there. They are honest and up front with you. They will not try to sell you a service that you don't need. Their facility is clean including the restrooms which is important to any woman. What I like about Keplinger's is they take the time to talk to you about your vehicle and answer any questions you may have.

I brought my toyota highlander to a different auto shop for a noise in the front end. They told me it was in the steering column and would cost $2300 and also that I needed new front shocks which would cost $1200. Keplinger looked at the car and gave me an estimate of $500 for the steering and said it does not need shocks. So I feel they are reasonable and honest.

Keplinger's is the only place I take my vehicles for service. Why? Because they are courteous, friendly, fair, honest, flexible and any other good thing you can think of and you get the same great treatment no matter who you work with there. They are awesome!

Terrible shop, they don't know what they are doing. They overcharge and try to rip you off by making you come in multiple times. Might be a "good" shop for the Hicks from Hagerstown, but if you care about your car, take it to a real professional shop in Frederick or the Rockville area.

I do almost all my own auto maintenance, but when there is something I cannot handle or when I screw up a repair and that has happened big time before, I take it to Keplinger's! These guys ROCK!!! They may not be the cheapest in town, but if you want the very best, then this is the best place to go.

I just got a $450 quote From Keplingers for the same thing that the Dealership would have charged $620 for. I did manage to get a better price elsewhere, but I have family that works where I'm having the work done.

I have visited Keplingers Automotive Center twice. Both times they were very courteous and helpful. In fact, when I came in for a second opinion, they answered all of my questions and gave honest answers. Upon observing them with other customers, the customers were treated with the same treatment. Today I had my car inspected and all of the problems that Pope's Tire Warehouse and Service Center said was wrong with the car.....Keplingers could only find two bulbs out. A cost of $9.00 versus the $1200 they were trying to charge me. I recommend Keplingers Automotive Center to anyone.
