Keplingers is the one place that you can get your car fixed in Hagerstown and know that it will be fixed right the first time. They did a great job of analyzing and identifying my cars problem that resulted in a reasonable priced repair.

Wife’s car was making a loud noise, took the car down there, and they said they will look at it the next day. That night , my brother in law went over there, he saw that they took the A.C.belt off, so when you started it up, there was no noise. Went back the next day, 99.00 for the hour labor, and 2.00 to cut off the belt. They said a new A.C. unit parts and labor would run about 1500.00 dollars. When we called a dealership and went over the situation, they said it would run about 1000.00 . We just spent over 3000.00 , on our daughters car this summer, but I feel these guys over charge way to much then anyone else. Very disappointed on there pricing here, so never again.

You cannot find a nicer shop in hagerstown. Nice waiting room. Very friendly desk person, technicians know there stuff and are happy to take the time to explain everything.

Cody Pillow, $1100 is pretty standard price for timing belt procedure. I paid that much in 2011 for my 2nd timing belt procedure on my 1998 4Runner. For my 3rd timing belt procedure I found a kit on ebay made from OEM parts and saved nearly $300. This procedure is standard maintenance on 4runners so you had plenty of time to research considering that you went to college and apparently have a computer. OEM parts are not cheap so maybe your complaint should be with Younger Toyota. Automotive repair centers are busy and it is pretty much standard practice for them to order OEM parts from the dealer. My daughter , from VA, was home for a visit with her 3 babies under the age of 4. She had just had the air conditioner of her SUV serviced before making the trip home. On her way here, she noticed the A/C kept getting warmer. On her day to leave to go back home, her A/C was blowing warm air. On a Friday afternoon, I took her vehicle to Keplinger’s ( our go-to place for car repairs of any kind!). I asked if they had time to check her Freon. I wasn’t there 5 minutes and they had pulled her vehicle into the garage and within 30 minutes I was pulling out of the Keplinger’s lot inside a car that felt like a refrigerator! I am so grateful for these fine folks, their excellent and friendly customer service as well as their professional and talented mechanical technicians. My daughter is on her way, with 3 young children , enjoying a comfortable cool drive! Thanks to everyone at Keplinger’s!
