I have been taking my truck to Keplinger's' for service for years , and this time was no different as I am planning a long triip this fall and wanted them to check out my vehicle for any potential problems before the trip. As always they were very thorough in going over my vehicle and called me after the initial inspection to let me know what needed done and gave me an estimate on the work before they began. The final bill came in under budget and the work was completed the same day. With the price of new vehicles today, keeping the vehicle I have , and keeping it well maintained is important to me and the folks at Keplinger's have earned my trust.

All work was done promptly and correctly. The price was less than the big dealer quote for the same services. Keplinger's is my go-to for auto service.

Our family of five was on a long weekend trip out of state; as we were driving through MD, our "check engine" light came on and began flashing and the engine begin to misfire. We stopped by a local dealer and they "fixed" the problem, only to have it return 30 miles later. We were able to make it to Keplinger's, where they diagnosed and fixed the problem on a Friday afternoon, saving our family weekend! Weeks later the car is still running great. Can't recommend Keplinger's highly enough!! If we lived in Hagerstown, no one else would ever service our vehicles.
