Keplingers does a great job at repairing your vehicle and getting you back on the road. I always feel like I am getting an honest assessment of my vehicle at an affordable price. They are a one stop business as towing is available if needed.

I received the usual great service that I always get at Keplinger's. I have an older model 4 x 4 pickup truck with higher mileage. On my last visit to their shop the technician noticed that I had a coolant leak coming from the rear center of my engine. I brought my truck back to Keplinger's to have the problem diagnosed further and corrected. because of the location of the leak the technician had to remove the intake manifolds before he could pinpoint the exact location and cause of the leak which involved a good bit of effort on his part. What he found was damage caused by poor repair by another repair shop that I had taken my truck to years ago and over time the effects of that poor repair had taken their toll. Keplinger's technician called me while he had the engine dismantled and informed me of what he had found and gave me an estimate for repair and replacement of the damaged parts. He also cleaned up all the gunk and residue left in my coolant ports as a result of the bad job done by the other repair shop. I am grateful to Keplinger's and their staff for their knowledge, pride in their work and extraordinary service and professionalism each and every time I take my vehicle to them for repair. It's important to me to know that I have a repair shop I can trust to do the job right and professionally and with Keplinger's automotive I can rest assured the repair will be done right.

We’ve been going to Keplinger’s since 1999 when we moved up here. One of our first trips there was fixed in a matter of minutes and they didn’t charge for it. Very convenient just across the street. I just miss Lori. Highly recommended and very honest!
