They respect you as a customer and never try to sell you something you don't need. If I were you, I would give them a try. Most places make you feel let down and frustrated with their service. I've always felt relieved and happy after my visit. And that's the way it should be. These guys have over 40 years experience. I will never bring my car to anyone else, just them and only them. What an experience, went in for a simple alignment was done magically in 15 minutes because it was "all Green" per the alignment machine yet they could not provide a read out of the alignment test due to "the printer being out of ink." Okay, moving on I pay trust them and then go out to my vehicle outside and go to leave and there is grime and grease all over my steering wheel. Especially with everything going on in todays world you would think the mechanics would wipe down the car etc if they knew they got it dirty. The owner Scott did come out and wipe it down after I went back inside to ask for a wipe. I was very disappointed in the outcome of a simple task all around for a mechanic/ "family run business" if I wanted to deal with this type of corporation style service I would have taken it to the dealer. Reliable work, fast turnaround, priced as expected. This time they replaced hood latch, front brakes, rear brake lines, rear wheel bearing, new battery & oil change for our new driver. The wind shield also needed replaced and they have a glass guy they can recommend. Estimate on front glass was higher than I was quoted elsewhere, but if you have a vehicle needing multiple services & glass repair, for a bit more $$ & convenience keplingers could be a one stop solution. NOTE: Keplingers DOES NOT do auto glass. But they do have a business contact in the glass business and may be able to help you have everything done at once.
