HAGERSTOWN AUTO REPAIR

I have recently moved to the Hagerstown area. I have had 5 experiences w/ Keplinger's so far, and I have been very pleased. All work has been completed in a timely manner, I feel the prices are very reasonable and all recommendations given me were honest. One of my vehicles needed tires in order to pass inspection. I was advised that they could install the tires or I could take my car somewhere else, get new tires, then bring the car back to get the inspection signed off. I wasn't pressured to use Keplinger's. I will use them for all of my future repair needs.

I was under the impression I needed an alternator because my new battery kept draining. I called for an appointment and spoke to Sam who said they would run tests and then call to let me know what was needed. I dropped it off after work and put my keys in the after hours drop box. The next day I received a call and found out my alternator was fine-I had a bad battery. I had my oil done, an inspection and tires and I was able to pick it up the next day. I appreciate the honesty, fast service and will go back for any other vehicle needs.

Excellent customer service, explained to me what problem was and made repairs. I will take my vechile back to Keplinger's again.

Keplingers and full crews are the best. They have been taking the best care of my 2008 Toyota Solara Convertible since I got the vehicle. I cant thank them enough for their kindness in taking care of me and the car I love!!️
